Enrolment has already started for international courses of new music in Graz, Austria – Impuls Academy 2019. Agata Zubel – voice and composition The courses take 13 days. They comprise lectures and workshops dedicated to the most recent music.

Three Performances of Fireworks
New piece for symphony orchestra Fireworks will be performed three times this season: – at the Festival “Chopin and His Europe” in Warsaw’s Grand Theatre – National Opera; – at the Berlin Konzerthaus; – at the BBC Proms in London’s Royal Albert Hall.

Cleopatra’s Songs – Premiere in Witten
New composition Cleopatra’s Songs, commissioned by Klangforum Wien, will be premiered during the Wittener Tage für Neue Kammermusik on 27th April 2018. The concert will be streamed on WDR 3 radio live and for 30 days after the premiere.

Leoš Janáček’s song cycle Zápisník zmizelého (The Diary of One Who Disappeared) in a new adaptation with musical commentary by Georges Aperghis.
