Composition “Not I” representing Polish Radio was given the highest grade during 60th International Rostrum of Composers in Prague.
The International Rostrum of Composers remains the most important forum of exchange of contemporary music works and information among public broadcasters from all over the world. Held since 1955 by the International Music Council affiliated to the UNESCO, the Rostrum offers a survey of the most recent contemporary music presented by the public radio broadcasters worldwide. Composers whose works were selected in previous years include Luciano Berio, Henri Dutilleux, Benjamin Britten, Elliott Carter, Luigi Nono, Toru Takiemitsu, George Crumb, György Ligeti, Louis Andriessen, György Kurtág, as well as the following Polish artists: Witold Lutosławski, Krzysztof Penderecki, Henryk Mikołaj Górecki.
